Need a delicious and easy side dish? This mushroom and rice dish takes less than ten minutes to put together. Pop it in the oven @ 350 degrees for one hour. Easy to make. Easy to reheat as leftovers. Pairs well with all sorts of dishes. We enjoy it most with burgers or chicken fingers.
1 cup of rice (not instant)
1 stick of butter
1 can of French Onion Soup
1 can of Beef Broth
1 small can of mushrooms (do not drain)
Preheat the oven to 350.
Combine the rice, French Onion Soup, Beef Broth, and mushrooms in a 2 qt glass or ceramic dish. Stir.
Next, slice the butter up. Then spread the butter on top of the soup/rice mix.
Place in the over for one hour.
